MOUNT ROYAL RAMADA JARVIS HOLIDAY REVIEWS

Wouldn't book my dog into this hotel - Lamb Family. Date of travel: Feb 2010
Rooms need refurbishing, aircon doesn't work, staff rude and unhelpful (in fact they will tell you they will do something - and then just not bother. Biggest waste of money. A backpackers would have been better. If staying here pack a few essentials ie: fan, drinking glasses (they do not provide enough)extra towels - you will only get 4 towels in an apartment that sleeps 6.

Reasonably priced accommodation in Albuquerque - Margaret . Date of travel: Jan 2010
This hotel is very well sited, within walking distance of Old Town. The accommodation is modest but clean and very comfortable. After I returned home I expressed my thanks to Best Western and in particular to the Manager of the Inn. You can tell when a business is well run. The staff are efficient, very willing to assist (they took me back to the airport on day 2 of my stay via the free airport shuttle they offer, simply so that I could collect a hire car!). There was free parking for the vehicle with easy and convenient access to the accommodation block. The on site restaurant offered the most reasonably priced meal I could find in Albuquerque. The food is plentiful, the choices quite good and the service ultra efficient. When I return for a 2nd visit, I would look no further for other accommodation in Albuquerque. And there's a Starbucks right across the road!!
