The Bay View Resort looks like it is in need of a bit of TLC, but if you're able to look past the peeling paint it does have a sort of charm. The rooms were clean and although not well equipped by European standards it was more than comfortable. It has a well maintained swimming pool which in the high humidity is worth more than a mini bar or cable tv.
