I was seriously disappointed in the Karl Schranz Hotel. It claims to be a 4-star but it's more like 2 or 3-star. The staff weren't very friendly or helpful (well, not to me at least), the gym was a bit of a joke, the food was average and the rooms were very standard. It's a pity because it's in a lovely area and could be so much better. I sincerely hope the staff and owners read this and take it as constructive criticism. because I'd love to go back to St Anton again. Although next time I think I'll be staying elsewhere.
