I went on a weekend break to Brussels from my home of Amsterdam - a quick drive down. Very pleasant. I booked into the Grand Palace Royal Embassy which is very conveniently in the centre of the city and close to attractions - this was perfect as i only had the weekend. My room was great, no complaints and the maid service was very efficient. After an excellent breakfast, with lots of choice, I explored the city on foot. Other guests were friendly and I heard no complaints, and had none myseld. The hotel staff were very attentive and Brussels is a wonderful city to visit. Had a great weekend.
