Although it was not up to our 5* it was very nice and clean. The food was nice although not always hot. I would stay in this hotel again. It's in a nice and quiet area but a little walk to the action.

The Rui Helena sands hotel was a five star hotel and is the best hotel in Bulgaria it was fabulous. The staff were great especially Martin head of restaurant. Tour Operator: Thomson
