My first visit to this stunning country could not have been better. The rooms were modern, comfortable and spacious compared to equivalent Spanish ones. Location was quiet and peaceful but only 5 min walk to the beach. The only slight let down was the Hotel could have had more facilities but for the price I suppose it was quite reasonable. Sunny Beach itself is amazing. Everything so cheap and excellent food and drink. Locals real friendly to the English. Recommended!

Sunny View North Apartments - Our apartment was filthy and very small. The management company could not be bothered to resolve the problems we had with the apartment and wanted us to pay to resolve problems that were nothing to do with us. They threatened to get "someone to sort us out" if we did not pay over the equivalent of £500 to resolve the problem.
The pool was also a mess, with bits of trash floating in it and the pool attendant busy hassling female guests to get dates from them.
Until they get the property's management company sorted out, I think you need to avoid this place like the plague

The apartment I stayed in was a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment, excellent apartment as place had all the facilities you need e.g. cable TV, maid service, cooker. The place also has a restaurant on ground floor which does excellent food although service was a bit patchy, possibly as place newly opened (during my stay) and waitress not offay with what we expect in the UK. Only downside is the place is a distance from the beach (beside E87) however in a way this was a blessing as when you went near the beach and heard all the nightclub noises you were glad that you didn't have to suffer all the noise when you were trying to sleep. The place operates as a mixture of hotel/private owners apartments in that you have a reception and most of the service of a hotel, e.g. pool, restaurant, daily cleaning service, but bookings can be made with the owners directly or via the hotel, studio rooms were going for £42 per week.
