The Bulgaria Hotel gave me fresh appreciation for the cramped, smelly hovel that is my own home. The staff are rude, speak very little English, and the rooms are old and dank, like a set-piece from a Soviet era interrogation. On the plus side, the location is pretty good, there is an ATM across the road and all the bars, shops and ski lifts are close by. I think you can do better accommodation wise, either by checking in somewhere else or sleeping in the snow.
