Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena is probably the finest hotel in the country and for sure the best place to stay in Bansko. The staff are friendly and helpful, food is excellent, and the standards of amenities excellent. It's about 300m from the ski lifts so its just about close enough to ski in and out of the hotel.
