My friends and I stayed at Frangipani Villa for 3 nights in October and we had a wonderful stay there. The room was so beautiful; it looked simple but wonderful design. A restaurant was also a place to relax and to read. The food menu could be available at other times. All staff were so polite to guests. Overall I found this is a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Phnom Penh.
