My wife and I booked the two day Parc Safari Package through the Auberge Premier Inn to take our two grandaughters on an end of summer vacation. What a pleasant surprise, the accommodation although understaffed and admittedly so by the management exceeded our expectations. The front desk, dining room and housekeeping staff were friendly, pleasant, polite and very accomodating. The food and service was excellent and we ate both breakfasts and both dinners there.The pool area is very pleasant for an end of day wind down however the pool was on the cool side and it was advertised as a heated facility. The rooms are basic but very clean and well maintained. The only negative comment I have with regards to them are the pillows, not very comfortable. I normally don't write reviews but I read an earlier review dated July 2008 that really trashed the staff. I cannot beleive that we stayed at the same facility as we were extremely pleased by them all.

L'auberge Premier Inn in St-Bernard de Lacolle very close to our destination, is a nice place to stay but the staff and manager's attitude and customer service has been appalling. They have, seemingly, no interest in being helpful, friendly or even basically polite. It's a shame, because they have decent facilities. If you want a place where staff are rude and unhelpful and the manager don't give a damn about your patronage, this is the place.
