On every one of the five occasions I have had contact with the Spa le Refuge in the Morin-Heights Laurentians, their attitude and customer service have been appalling. They have, seemingly, no interest in being helpful, friendly or even basically polite. It's a shame, because they have decent facilities. If you want a day where staff are rude and unhelpful, this is the place.

I enjoyed the spa immensely but particularly loved the effects of standing under the water fall after taking some time in the sauna. How invigorating!
