We just came back from our holiday at Capo Bay Hotel. It was by far the worst holiday in my life. This hotel is a three star hotel but charges like a four star. Our superior room was tiny with a balcony that could barely fit two people, the sheets were changed only one time and we stayed for 5 days, the kettle in the room was broken and I had to ask the reception three times and wait one and a half days to get another one and I needed the kettle because I have a baby. They use hand soap as shampoo and they don't have miniature soaps or shampoos, only large bottles of them which are never changed. The fire exit at our floor was used as a storage room. Food is nice though! The beach is lovely but then again wherever you go to Protaras you will find a fantastic beach! Capo Bay hotel is a disgrace for Cyprus.
