Yes, its cheap, and you find out why! Dirty and infested with ants. Facilities very limited. On a busy road. Noisy day and night. Everything is shabby and old. The pool on the roof is scummy. Don't believe the three stars; you can do a lot better. The only saving grace are the staff.
