We have just returned from a wonderful trip to Paphos. The staff at Poto Pafos Hotel were great, they looked after us very well. We had a room at the front of the hotel which overlooked the main road and it was extremely busy/noisy. The pool was great. no kettle, hair dryer or fridge in the room was disappointing but probably our own fault for not checking. Two single beds pushed together to make a double bed seems to be a common local trend which could annoy some people. The service in the hotel was great but I cant help feeling we could have got more for our money. 6.5 out of 10.

We stayed at the Porto Pafos in Sept 06, our second time there, we really enjoyed our stay, due mainly to the location, amenities, but the main reason was the wonderful staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble, they are very polite and caring people, but a big thank you goes to the manager, George, what a wonderful man, very helpful, cheery, and he goes out of his way to make your stay a great time. One thing I would say, is that if you like to moan about nothing, go on holiday to be miserable, then please stay away from the Porto Pafos, as these people are the only thing to spoil our holiday. We are going back in Aug 07, and cannot wait

Porto Paphos Hotel: Warning! do not book this hotel if you have not booked a sea view room. Otherwise you will not be able to sleep till 2am in the morning. The hotel music bar is 2meters from the non-view rooms. Tour Operator: thomas cook
