This hotel should be downgraded and investigated. Treatment of customers is appalling and unacceptable. They ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, and will charge you excessively every opportunity. The Management require investigating and re-training, particularly in customer service. Veronica Hotel is a waste of time and money. Downgrade it from 3 stars and let customers know the truth.
