Stayed at the Botel Albatros in November 2006. It is really great value for money. We caught the underground from the airport which is so easy and cheap (Kn50 for for the two of us and a bag). It is a 10-15 min walk from the underground to the hotel (which is down the road from the Hilton). The rooms where clean and warm for the freezing 4 degrees outside. What a wonderful view to wake up on the water and see snow falling!!!!! Botel Albatros is also a 10-15 minute stoll to Charles Bridge and town centre. We had just toured Europe with but fell in love with Prague. Will definately return and will stay nowhere else but Botel Albatros...

Great location and very clean. Only problem bar closes at 11.30pm and no hot buffet for breakfast. Food and beverage side is franchised out and staff very surley. Reception very good and helpful. Use hotel car to transfer to airport: safe & will cost same as Cedok minibus, ie 4850czk. Tour Operator: Independant
