This hotel is actually no longer a Sheraton so don't be fooled by the name (check the Sheraton website). It is also certainly not a 5 star hotel. I purposefully booked a double room as I was on my honeymoon and we were given a twin room, when I told them they just said there were no other rooms available. I tried contacting quickrooms to get them to sort it out, which they didn't. As for the hotel... the room was filthy - iron burn marks in about 5 places on the carpet, chair upholstery filthy and falling off, not even matching furniture! Bed covers stained. Lumpy pillows. Bathrooms out of date and the bath/shower walls were dirty. There was only 1 set of towels and another set was not delivered when asked and the whole room was rather cramped and small. And as for the view.... well if they can describe a rock wall as a garden view then I think they really are dreaming. Really disappointed with this place and shame quickrooms don't have a formal complaint page as I'd warn anyone off going there.
