A little tired and well worn a sample of a bygone era
Oberoi Shehrayar was comfortable, very clean and the staff were excellent. They particularly like the English! We booked via Longwood Holidays and their descriptions are misleading and incorrect. 'De luxe' cabins with two bathrooms = basic twin bed room, not big, with 2 shower cubicles with a loo and sink (bit like you would find on a small boat but tackier). The Longwood brochure states this ship is withdrawing in May 2008!! The restaurant and its food excellent, very very good. Some buffet and some serviced. Constant eating!!
