If you have booked to go to this resort then change it quick! Very dirty, food terrible. 3 buffet restaurants all serve same food. Chinese restaurant made us ill: they reused dirty glasses before washing them. We had to eat in Naama Bay. Cockroach in water dispenser. We complained to tour operator Odyssey. They sent us a reply suggesting that we made it up! We haven't! If you are used to good standards of food and cleanliness, then don't go here. This is definitely not 4 star, wouldn't give it a 2.
