How this hotel was rated 4* I'll never know. Although the rooms are spacious that is the only comfort you get. There are no tea and coffee facilities, no air conditioning, a shower head that trickles and soaked the bathroom floor when you take a shower due to the poor positioning of the shower curtain. Although it says only 7km from the city centre it certainly seemed a bit more, at least 20 mins by cab although accessble quite easily on the underground system. The sauna is only open until 5.30pm so if you've had a hard day seeing the sights in Berlin then forget about trying to relax. We booked this hotel on the back of it's 4* rating, we were very disappointed with this hotel, I would not recommend it.
