The A&O City Hotel Munich from the start is expensive. The staff are useless and unfriendly. I had a long booking, and half way through my stay was informed I had to move rooms because they had booked my room out. And no, it wasn't pre-booked, they stuffed up! There's no kitchen, common room and their breakfast is twice the price of every other hostel too. I've had things stolen and the rudest and heaviest chain-smoking roomies ever! People, there's cheaper and better around and in better locations too. Shop around more than I did so you can enjoy your stay.
