Athens Gate was suggested from the operator through which I booked my accommodation and tours for Athens. It was an excellent choice because it is located just next corner from the metro station, just 5 minutes walking distance is the Acropolis and Plaka and in front of the hotel is Olympius Zeus.

This is a fantastic hotel that I recommend to couples and individuals looking for a seamless base in Athens. The rooftop terrace and location are the main winners at this hotel but to have a clean room and white linen bed is hard to come by at this price. The service was professional and the staff were really helpful in giving travel advice. We will definitely be back!
