The Grande Bretagne is a beautiful hotel but unfortunately like most hotels the communal areas are all very grand but the rooms are quite cramped. I’m sure not all the rooms are the same but unfortunately for us I think we got a bad deal with the room. Everything else was pretty amazing. To have breakfast whilst staring over the city and the Acropolis in the sunshine was quite special and the restaurant was very elegant and the service was excellent. It was great to be located in the centre of the action, everything was great but our room was a bit cramped, especially for a five star hotel. If you go try the spa, it’s out of this world!
