Stunning views, steps not a problem, we were at the top but could get a lift to level 4 and then a few steps to apartment. Weather was extremely hot even for Corfu towards the end of June 08, in the 40s. Apartments could do with air conditioning. We should have hired a fan but left it too late. Couldn't sleep at night as so hot and mossies a pain. Even so we still had a good time and the staff and everyone at the bars and restaurants were very friendly and helpful.
We loved the Adonis Asonitis - Sandra Martin and Grace. Date of travel: Jul 2007

We have just arrived home from Kalami - unfortunately! We could have stayed for ever. The views from the Adonis Asonitis are amazing wherever you stay, the food is wonderful but most importantly the people there are the nicest we have ever met, they are friendly honest trustworthy and have an incredible sense of humour. We have made new friends there and we are going to go back and see them hopefully many times. The mosquitos were a pain but it was worth putting up with them and yes the bus does run on Greek time but whats the problem, the view from the bus stop is worth it.

The Adonis Asonitis is very nice, lovely maid service. Katerina on the top bar was amazing - really made our stay fantastic. Cocktails and dreams? Found the staff rude and unhelpful unless you've beeen going there for years - the entertainment was repetitive to say the least. Gina - lovely, a fountain of knowledge - wish we could say the same for the Thompson Rep Kirsty -awful. Views absolutely out of this world.

Very clean! lovely veiws from the balconys of the higher up rooms, the steps arent really a problem unless you are on level 5 or 6 as there is a lift to level 4. The maid service is fab! 6 times a week. great now that hairdryers have been put into the rooms, leaves more room in suitcase for more clothes!! The two pools are great, both very clean, no problem with getting a sunbed, top bar serves delicious snacks in the day if you fancy a bite to eat while sunbathing or swimming! Cocktails and Dreams - Well what can I say! great food served day and night, fantastic atmosphere in the evenings, entertainment is good - karaokes, greek dancing and Spiro's quiz, all loads of fun! You might even catch some of the bar staff doing a bit of greek dancing if your lucky! You will not meet more friendly people than the staff at asonitis...Johanna and Spiro in the shop will make sure you have evrything you need and always welcome you into the supermarket with a smile. The boys at cocktails and dreams, Billy, Sam, Stavros and Martin work so hard day and night but somehow still manage to keep a smile on their faces and they all have a great sense of humour=] And ofcourse the girls Maria, Effy and Gina, always smiling and Effy and Gina in the reception will do anything for you to make your stay a happy one! The reception is very good you can hire fans for your room at around 10euros a week wich you will need as the rooms don't have air conditioning! You can also hire a security box to put any personal belongings in that you would like locked away. And for anyone who wants to get out of the sun or away from the entertainment taking place in C&Ds there is a playstation, computer(with internet access) and a pool table situated in the reception! The Adonis entertainment was very poor indeed. Al they ever seemed to put on was the kareokee and quiz nights and one night of Greek dancing. Do not attempt to catch the local bus from Kalami as it has never been seen. Please be warned the mozzies are very annoying and leave you with giant red bites around your body. I cannot believe it when people say they visit Kalami year after year as there is nothing to do for anybody of any age. Tour Operator: Thomson

Adonis Asonitis is a little piece of heaven in this crazy world! We have been going to these apartments for the past 5 years, sometimes twice a year. A truly wonderful place if you want some time and space. Don't quite know what the previous reviewer meant about the bus to Kassiopi never coming we have never had any problem catching it but you do have to remember you are on holiday and everything runs on Greek time!! Get the bus from the top road into Corfu town. Very reliable and so much cheaper than the origanised trips. All the people are so friendly and the lady in the gift shop near the restaurant is a fountain of knowledge and speaks perfect English (as they all do!)
