Everything about the Acrodelon Apartments was dreadful. I went to Kavos in September '06 and I would never go back. I took my son who was three at the time. He had nothing to do, there was no entertainment and the childrens pool was tiny! I don't know where to begin with inside the apartments. The kitchen area was disgusting, cooker and sideboards are just not healthy I would never have cooked anything in that kitchen. Luckily it was only a short break of 4 nights! The only plus side of this hotel was its location, it was only a short walk into the main town which had lots of nightlife and bars. I would not recommend these apartments at all!

Me and my mates stayed at the Acrodelon for a week and found the place to be tip top. 50 meters from the beach and a canny sized swimming pool the place was great. The rooms themselves were nice and clean and have a balcony and a porch to laze around on at the end of the day. Bar service wasn't that great, "Nikos" with his repetative "sushing" was quite a pain, but we just took the piss! Weather was red hot every day (upto 35 degrees) and the watersports at the end of the road are great. You can do anything from ringo's, paracending to jetskiing! I'd recommend it to any young people as a fantastic place to go!!!!! Tour Operator: Thompson

We arrived at the Acrodelon Apartments on the 21st of july 2006.. The outside area of the apartments is lovely.. but my mum myself and my sister were really dissapointed when we got our room key! Our room was discusting it was really dirty all the paint was coming off the walls.. I disagree totally with the idea of the bar being open 24 hours a day! They advertise these apartments for a family holiday but this is really not suitable at all!! There are people still drunk outside at the bar at 6:30 in the morning its unbelieveable they also say the cleaners are good.. well I wouldn't even go so far as saying that! The floor was still fithly after they had supposedly come and cleaned up!... We were thoroughly disapointed with this and are afraid to say will never be returning to the complex in the future! We booked our holiday this year in January. The first time we've booked in advance and the first time we've been with a Thomson's company. We requested a balcony at time of booking. We arrived at the Acrodelon, were sent to our room, and my first response was to burst out crying. Forget the balcony, we had a table and two chairs on the walkway to other apartments. There was one tiny window, broken air con, and the room itself could only be described as a bed-sit. The hob/sink area was at the end of the beds, opposite the small, dark bathroom and access to the wardrobe was by leaning over the 'kitchen' area. We promptly phoned the 24-hr help line, requested another hotel and quite happily paid the extra £100 to be moved to Cavo Bianco in near-by St.Peters, 20 minutes walk from Kavos. We had a wonderful two weeks at Cavo Bianco. I’m sure the Acrodelon do have nice rooms, for bigger parties, and had we booked last minute for less money we would have stayed in that room, however for only £100 extra we had a bigger and better place at Cavo Bianco. The room we had at Acrodelon was not what is shown in the Skytours brochure, or on the website, and because of this I doubt we would travel with a Thomson’s company again. Tour Operator: Skytours

Well what can I say??!!! This holiday was the best ever!! The apartment was just in the right place about 10 minutes away from the fantastic clubs/bars and if you were like my mother and dont like the noise its far enough away to keep a relaxed and peaceful holiday. The beach wasn't much but I thought the other hotels and appartments round it were very nice and created a lovely atmosphere. You could go in these and use the pools and stuff if you wished!! You get a fantastic tan and through the apartment you can go on great excursions eg Theos boat, bbq and Aqua world - I highly recommend these!!!! The Greek nights were great. The restaraunts and food places are great ( very nice waiters ;) ) Shops bout 5 minute walk away, nice pool very clean. Overall a great holiday but I'm not sure whether some older adults with younger children would have enjoyed it but teens and young adults definitely will. The apartments are very clean and a very friendly maid came in regularly to clean. The nights were very hot but what can I say, I went in summer?!! lol, the staff were lovely and I went on an excursion about half an hour away to Kavos town on a night which was lovely. I bought some great pressies there. If you do take the 10 minute walk to where the clubs / bars are then make sure you dont go alone and keep a hold of your stuff! There are LOADS of drunken men who would willingly take advantage so young children should stay away!! I strongly suggest this holiday: I would always go back if I had the chance. clean and neat appartments, no air-con but fans can be rented. The hotel staff were not as friendly as almost every other Greek we met, Nikos the barman in particular was a grumpy guy to say the least! "all you do is noise" is a direct quote. The pool is nice but the prices of food/drink and games of pool are expensive however there is a shop within a 30 second walk of the acrodelon gates and another cheaper one within a 5 min walk. The acrodelon has greek nights with loud music combined with the surrounding noise from Kavos means that it is more suited to party animals than families. Tour Operator: Thompson

I have been to Kavos Corfu (Acrodelon) for years now. I have been meaning to go some where else on holiday but it's just great at the Acrodelon. The staff are a1 and I have known Nikos for years. But the Acrodelon is nothing like it used to be now: It's not the same bar staff either, but the staff is just still as great. Nikos has been working there for 10 years now and he'a a down to earth guy. The hotel is fab, the pool is fab (even thoough it's freezing). Not that far from the beach and it's about 15 mins walk from town. But most of all I reckon this is a family holiday. But lots of night clubs and bars are about so you would get some night life. The Acrodelon Apartments were perfectly ok - rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were friendly. But the entertainment is totally geared to young brits on the pull. There was a Greek night our first night which kept us (and our kids) awake til the early hours.
