I've been to the Elounda Bay Palace 3 times and I loved the hotel and its staff! It's a little bit expensive hotel, but I got what I expected - care and attention. There was nothing they didn't notice. I had a problems with my health, and all the staff came to get me a doctor, and they took care about me afterwards. Very pleasant stay!
