Clean bedding every day, clean towels. 10/10. Smart apartments too. If you like fresh fruit you are going to the right appartments. My parents got fresh tomatoes and fresh melon every day!

Demetris Studios are in a perfect location, literally a 5 minute walk to everything you need but quiet enough to get a good night sleep. It wasn't as basic as some places I have stayed in Greece and I was surprised to have a proper dressing table and mirror. definitely a plus not having to get ready in a soaking bathroom...So good we are going back again.

We have been to Kefalos 11 times in total and this was the 3rd time we had stayed at the Demetris Studios. They are always clean, the maid is really friendly and helpful. Demetris the owner is a teacher at the high school and speaks Engish very well. The apartments are situated on a quiet back road yet are within easy reach of the supermarket and beach. The accommodation is basic Greek as you would expect, with the addition of an electric kettle and toaster. Toilet rolls are kept topped up(!) and washing up liquid and tea towel are provided. We have friends that we have met through a forum and they recommended these to us as they always stay there. The majority of people stay there are repeats.
