Although described as basic, we found the Eftichia Apartments really clean & comfortable. The family have little English but there are so many homely touches, we communicated quite easily & they are so friendly. The guard dog is a real character too & understands English when you say sit it does! For disabled there was no problems everything close especially the harbour, supermarkets & local bus & coach stops.

Eftichia Apartments are located near the Harbour with use of Andreas pool. Walk in (through the large patio - we were in room 6) to a small kitchen with fridge, double hotplate, sink, cupboard and small table.
Through the kitchen is a corridor with small shower-room on one side and wardrobe on other (complementary shampoo and soap included - very unusual in this part of the world). Through the corridor is bedroom with small window, twin beds, bedside tables and small dressing table.

We stayed in the Eftichia apartments from 19th May to 2nd June 2007, we found them in an ideal location behind the harbour in Kefalos, just a stroll away from some of the best restaurants we have been to in Greece. They were perfect for two, with a seperate kitchen, something you don't always get in Greece, and they were kept reasonably clean. Owners lovely. Would recomend Eftichia Apartments.

Discovered Eftichia last September and on getting home, immediately rebooked for this September. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained, tucked away behind the harbour so not too far from anywhere but really peaceful. Ideal for people who like a relaxing base. Have been to Kefalos many times and this was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Can't wait to go back!

Nice clean quiet apartments, along the harbour end of the resort. Within walking distance of the entire resort of Kefalos, (approx 40 minutes end to end) The owners were lovely and friendly although spoke very little english! They also hired us a fan for €10 which is great for keeping the mossies away when your sleeping (tip from one of the locals)
Local shop literally just round the corner which sells all the basics you'll need.
Harbour is only 3-5 mins away where you get picked up for most tours/excersions. Tour Operator: Olympic
