The accommodation is a self catering block with a supermarket and restaurant. Whilst the front man is Harry, a very genial host, the highest praise has to go to his family - Wife who does all the cooking and Yanni and Katrina (son and daughter)who were constantly available to give advice or assistance. Must not forget the lady who did the cleaning - the rooms were clean and everything worked. One small criticism would be for self catering one may expect a microwave. However, it could be asked, who wants to cook on holiday especially when the food cooked and presented by Mrs Harry was top class.

The rooms are only a 2 minute amble to the beach where a pair of sunbeds can be hired for 5 Euros per day. Shopping - you are on holiday - who wants to go shopping. The amenities in Kefelos are more than adequate for your day to day needs. Entertainment - loads of different restuarants, pubs and clubs. OK if you want to have a stag or hen party maybe Kefelos isn't for you but we certainly enjoyed the Greek hospitality and the other holiday makers around the resort were friendly. We would most certainly go again and if (when) we do Harry's studios is where we will be heading for.

I went to Kefalos this year with my grandad, and i can say that the rooms were basic but they were really clean they got cleaned and sheets and towels got changed everyday.

Harry and the family are all great, yanni who runs the shop is always there to help you out with anything, harry is great he has a great sense of humour with his funny t-shirts, his jokes and his phrases. His wife's cooking is superb i am a chef and coudnt fault it at all, so basically it was a great holiday and harry welcomes you as part of his family, am thinking about going back next yeari loved it so much.

Harry Sevestine, Yanni and staff were brilliant. They couldnt do enough for you and made you feel like one of the family. The complex is ideally situated straddling the main road with harrys bar yards from the beach. The supermarket was directly below our room. The room was basic but very clean and the shower worked perfectly, although if you were a bit heavy handed with the lever it was like a water cannon. We had a decent sized balcony with pleasant views to the beach and the hills behind.

We stayed at Harry's 4th Aug 2010 we had a wonderful stay ,harry and his family were fantastic , they were so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, nothing was to much trouble, the room was clean and comfortable ,and very well located in the resort ,you must have a meal at Harry's taverna I would recommend the evening get together with the Olympic rep Emma a good chance to meet the other people staying at Harry's. His wife cooks all the food and it is very tasty to, Yanni Harry's son was so helpful . We would recommend The Harolambos to anyone and will defiantly go back.

Just had 1 week in Harrys Studios, booked allocated on arrival, so was a nice surprise to get there, rooms were very nice, with aircon (5 euros per day), but worth it! All the family were really helpful, and made our stay excellent.

The accommodation was very clean and everyone was welcomed as part of the extended family. The fresh produce grown by Harry made the difference in the family restaurant and I was sad to have to come home at the end of our two weeks. Never mind, have already booked to go back next year.

Me and my partner were very very impressed with our stay at harry's studios, the owners were so friendly, they make you feel part of the family. The rooms were kept clean and tidy. Only bad thing i would say is the mosquitos can be annoying but thats the same wherever you stay. Overall we loved our stay here and we are returning in May for a week. We would definetly recommend you to stay here and to visit kefalos as it's a beautiful resort.

Have just returned from yet another holiday at Harry's Studios. First visited Kefalos 18 years ago and have returned time and time again, mostly staying at Harry's but when unable to get booked in (as they are very popular), staying and sampling other studios in the village. Have to say that no matter what, you can always be assured of a warm welcome and absolutely fabulous food cooked by Sevestine. It is indeed a family run business, with the adjoining supermarket run by Yannis and Katerina, who also help out in the restaurant as and when. Our stay was delightful and we always feel welcome and meet up with many others who return year after year. Thank you the Giannau family for another memorable holiday.

I went to Kefalos last year for my 18th birthday with a friend. As it was my first holiday without my parents so I was a bit apprehensive. But Harry's made us feel so welcome and they were so helpful with anything and everything. The accommodation is basic, but come on! You don't go on holiday to spend your days in your rooms. So it was perfect for us. Going again this year and I absolutely cannot wait! Wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else after being there. You're made to feel like one of the family. Which is brilliant when you're in unfamiliar surroundings.

Harry's Studios is nice clean, quiet accommodation and friendly staff. Very Greek. Basic facilities and no pool, but who needs a pool when there's a lovely beach very close by, just behind the restaurant.

Harry's (Haralambos) Studios are well kept and clean. The sheets and towels and bins are cleaned every other day. The one downside is lack of Air Conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open and were bitten by mosquitoes - however this really didn't spoil our stay too much. We were very well looked after by Yanni, Haralambos's son and Harry's wife Savi and daughter Katarina.

I have just come back from Kefalos with 11 others and what a great time I had! I stayed in Harrys Studios for 2 weeks... it was very clean... towels and sheets changed every day! Harry, John, Katrina and Harry's wife were lovely... they couldn't do enough for you! The food was lovely... especially the chips... proper English chips!! The Sydney Bar is really good for entertainment... I had such a laugh there!! I had such an amazing time! I'm definitely going back next year.. See you next year Kefalos!!

We have just come back from 2 fantastic weeks in Kefalos staying at Harry's Studios. The location is excellent centered along the main strip where there are many bars and tavernas. Harry's bar serves some fantastic food, please try mamma's lamb kleftico, it's divine. The family offer a very personal service and if you don't come home feeling part of the family I will be very surprised. The rooms are basic but kept to a very high standard and are cleaned on a daily basis, unfortunately there is no swimming pool but you are situated right on the sea front and there are many pools locally that are available for your use. Overall a brilliant holiday and we look forward to staying at Harry's in the near future.

A very special hotel... typical Greek resort apartments, so no surprise awaits you. The owner, Harry and family really make you feel a part of their lives as well as valued friends and guests. They want you to enjoy it all. The restaurants English food looked good but Harry’s wife's Greek farmhouse recipes and cooking set an amazing standard for both quality and value. Most of the food is sourced from Harry’s farm and/or other relatives. The quality defies the price. So full marks! No pool but the beach is only metres away. Ideal for small families, may be not a teenagers first choice resort but I feel sure they would enjoy the general ambience and nearby village. As for the village, good for the family who need a resort but don’t want a party metropolis. Thanks for a great holiday break.

A one room studio with twin beds, shower room, wardrobe (lots of hangers) dressing table, 2 bedside tables, small pine table and 2 chairs, hotplate and kettle. Typically Greek although some of the rooms have toasters. 1 toilet roll is provided and not replaced when used. The ground floor studios have a ceiling fan but they are slightly below ground so the views from the balcony (which has a plastic table and 2 plastic chairs) is not too good. The first floor studios do not have a ceiling fan, but the balcony is nicer to sit on. Very clean. The sheets and towels were changed regularly and the rooms were cleaned every day. Located between the main road and the beach about half way between club med and the harbour mean that every thing you need (supermarket, bus, beach, restaurants) are seconds away. The harbour is about 10 minutes walk away, as are the nightclubs. If you go on any trips (Nysiros is a must) do not do it through your rep but through the local tourist offices. The locals are about half the price, and no matter what the rep may say, just as well insured. There is a bus that goes to paradise beach (about 1.50 euros) and Kos town (about 3 euros) each way. Have the correct change. You can also get a glass bottomed boat to paradise beach (8 euros from Trust).
