The biggest bugbear with the Hermes hotel is its location. It is situated at the back of the resort up a hill on the main road to the village. It takes at least 12 minutes to walk uphill from the beach and tavernas and at night is can be dangerous as the road is unpaved and we saw an accident whilst here whilst on holiday. The hotel itself has a glorious swimming pool but the rooms are very small and basic. The breakfast is abysmal. In our opinion you are best looking for alternative and a more central location in the resort of Kefalos.

The Hermes Hotel was modern but situated at a top of a hill and was out of the resort centre. the swimming pool was excellent, the rooms average and the breakfast rubbish. Overall it was the walk back up the hill on the unlit main road at night that was our main complaint.
