We loved the Neptune Hotel Resort, Mastihari, it was very laid back even though was 5 star. Staff very friendly/helpful. Food very wide choice buffet meals. Waiters very efficient. With four pools + beach to chose from no problem with sunbeds. The place never seemed crowded even though was full apart from meal times. Downside if I had to state one was the Neptune Hotel complex was cut off as regards walking outside to villages. Although there were hotel buses to Kos once a day, and you could get public transport outside the complex. The public buses took a lot longer obviously.
