Lomeniz Hotel is a good hotel and very pleasant staff. Rooms very nice and cleaned every day. Food and it variety was sufficient and in decent quality and quantity. Offer can be described as - English Breakfast. Hotel recommended for people that want to make trips into Old Town and other parts of the island. Very good base for trips due to short distance to town and all bus and car transportation possibilities. Not recommended for type of client that want mainly to stay on beach and getting tanned on sun. Beach is right across the street but only local public beach without facilities expected usually on beaches in big tourist resorts. Good for take a bath in sea and rest a while after a day on trip around the island.

The Lomeniz hotel is a fair way out of Rhodes and we needed to get a taxi at 3 euros each way to get into the town. The hotel was clean, the pool was cold, and the dining room meals were the poorest we have ever come across anywhere in Greece. We stayed for 14 days at half board and had to suffer the exact same menu for breakfast and evening meal for the 14 days, the pool snacks were inedible. Needless to say we ate out morning, noon and night. Take a tip, if you are going to stay at this hotel, book B&B, or better still RO saving yourself the money and eat out up the road at one of the travernas. Barman was great and accomodating.
