Emerald Studios, Golden Beach
Emerald Studios is located 200m from the beach in the holiday resort of Golden Beach, in Thassos, Greece. The studios are surrounded by olive groves and have lovely sea views. The tavernas and restaurants in the centre of the resorts are close by.more

The Emerald Studios are up one of the steepest hill imaginable. The locals call it cardiac arrest hill. Unless you are sadist you would not choose to stay here because climbing this long and steep in the heat of the day is a killer. Unless you have a top floor room you do not even gain from the spectacular views. It does have a small swimming pool and a poolside bar.

Further to previous comments on Cardiac Hill, perhaps this is why there were three car hire rental shops situated at the bottom of the hill! Worth it just to go up and down and for the cashpoint, beach and bars and restaurants, or just hop in a taxi! Once up there,studios were clean but basic, pool and bar area nice with good views over bay.
