Nice clean and tidy hotel cleaned daily. Very friendly staff, good room size and spacious balconies with good security.

Stayed at the Perkes Hotel Laganas in August and had a quality time. It was good for some things but no so good for others. The rooms were basic but nothing wrong with them, the pool was good with music and cheaply priced food. Bad points were that its at least a 20 minute walk before you reach any life and at least a 30 minute walk to the centre of Laganas by Mcdonalds and that. Most of the staff were friendly.

This hotel seemed to be the crime centre of Laganas during my stay, with one young girl, I saw crying reported that she'd been assaulted, young lads banging on our door threatening to kick the door down if we didn't let them in our room, fighting and apparently some of the hotel rooms got trashed. I believe the management dealt with these matters themselves and did not involve the police. We were advised my management to tell trouble makers to bugger off or kick them in the nuts. I didn't try either, nor did I feel safe staying in this hotel. Other than that with palm trees and sun it looked quite nice.

We loved Perkes Hotel and everyone was very was friendly. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely go again. A great holiday for all the family.

Was there in October 2006, closing season was very quiet!! Unwelcomed smell of poo most days and water shortages. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at pool bar was great and the drinks, hehe. Pool area cleaned every day. Breakfast was ok enjoyed the coffee!

We went to Perkes Hotel in June 2006. Weather was brilliant and staff were outstanding. Perkes have got an extra pool on the side which has water slides which was only €6 for the whole day. Drinks and food were brilliant too. Going again this year in June 2007. Well worth going. Not an expensive holiday to go on.
