The Daisy Studios is a really nice looking place. Lovely large bright airy lobby, has a lift too. Marble everywhere. Usual Greek plumbing but bins emptied daily. Nice pool area. Food a bit hit and miss at the bar. Nice eggs! Had a dirty cup one morning with lipstick on from the night before and baked beans were awful. Bottled water cheap, 6 bottles for E1.70. Staff friendly but English a little limited and older family members non-existant. Room OK, shower - usual no curtain, hot water had cistitis. Plenty of clean towels, made beds mid week with clean linen and towels. Floor mopped too. Fridge good, didn't cook but quite a few others did. Extra charge for kettle and air con, thought that a bit of cheek it being self catering and advertised as air conditioned. A kettle 10 euro and air con 40 euro per week. Supermarket next door with English papers. Barman a bit useless, allowed people to drink well after bar closing time - midnight. Very noisy around pool three nights running until 4 am had to complain. Our room overlooked the pool so copped all the noise. Nice balcony with chairs and table. Beds absolutely terrible. If you suffer with a bad back do not stay here. Don't forget the mosquito repellant and use lots! Very noisy frogs around hotel, nice friendly goats and resident scabby cat loves a good fuss. Lots of typical Greek colour with raised voices daily, great fun. Would go back despite beds.
