This hotel is clean and has the basics to keep you out of trouble, however the staff are unhelpful and the food provided is poor and cold (even the hot stuff). On arrival the staff were polite however the more questions asked and the more time taken away from them to make money from you the more you noticed the patience running low. The location is spot on for the Thermal Bath, however a 4-5 tube stop away from restuarants and 8-9 stops from the Pest centre. Trams are available though. We wont be staying again, very expensive and no real satisfaction...
