We visited Sai villa at the end of October and were really pleased with the all round treatment we received from our hosts Ashutosh and Savita. This place is very clean, comfortable, good mix of other guests, beautiful rooms and bathrooms, wonderful breakfast and exceptional services. We felt 100% safe at this place and our host family were really very accommodating with our needs and we just felt as a member of their own family. Though at the first day of our stay we were very little nervous about our belongings and were busy operating the electronic safe in the room, but as time passed by we got so comfortable that we even started to leave our room keys with the attendants. The staff working at Sai villa are quite hardworking and honest, one of them is Luxman and the other one is Shankar and both of them are very trustworthy attendants. They never ask for any tips even if we try to give them any tips they politely used to say "no need sir, it is part of our jobs". Even the advices we got from the owner are also very correct and genuine, unlike other places where they tend to say something to meet their own ends meet. We never found any bad activities taking place at Sai villa, which is quite common at other B&B's around the world, we never found any bad elements around us during our stay at Sai villa, all guests are from very good families and are all cultured people. We used to sit in the late evenings and all of us used to share stories about their travel plans with each other. I don't understand whats the procedure and how they select their guest or it by chance that we happen to meet such wonderful mix of guests at Sai villa. All together a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place for decent persons and families.

What a great time we had had Sai Villa. The love, warmth, super clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh linen and basic toiletries and free breakfast. All this for a very nominal cost. Where in the world can you find hosts like Ashutosh and Savita who greet you with a smile when you wake up. Where in the world can you request for bed tea/coffee and a list of other beverages, followed by a sumptuous unlimited breakfast. I would recommend Sai Villa to any travellers, domestic and or international as all the amenities are accesible and the hosts assist you in locating what you are unable to find being new to a city and country. Despite being of Indian origin, I had to rely on Ashutosh and Savita for basic stuff such as finding a beauty parlor, a seamstress and the like. They even assist you in finding transportation at nominal costs. They were so generous, they allowed me use of their personal laptop as I had forgotten to take my own in all the excitement of attending my son's wedding. My first night, I was a lone ranger, single gal at the Villa and felt a hundred percent safe. I landed at midnight and was greeted personally by Ashutosh and ushered in with my over sized bags by Bahadur, the wonderful Jeeves and chef. The place is reputable vs several other B&Bs we had looked into, no nefarious activities that sometimes occur at B&Bs all over the world. My daughter who is four months pregnant was with me and they treated her as their own kin and provided her with all her needs. Her husband who is a consultant and needs to be on his laptop 24/7, originally of Slovak origin says this is where he will stay each time he returns to Delhi despite his company willing to put him up at the so called five plus star hotels. Enjoy your stay, you wont regret it.

New addition at Sai Villa is their very big and huge terrace cum penthouse with beautiful theme of village India. Many artifacts were placed on second floor terrace which is quite big, which depicts a village environment and old heritage of Indian culture. But it is not completed yet. A continuous process of development like a mini taj. Sai Villa is remodelling its six new rooms with themes of meditation of Buddha, Bollywood, Egypt, Rajasthan, Tibet, China and Old Delhi, which shall be completed soon. I have been told that Sai Villa's open terrace is one of the biggest terraces in this entire location and surely it's one of the BEST ATTRACTION OF THIS B&B, with beautiful sitting arrangements, swings, old type of artifacts etc., They have plans of putting a real horse carriage and Indian style old village type objects to give it a look of old Delhi and Indian villages. Owner Ashutosh told me that they are developing the terrace top with some items like original life like models of tuk-tuks, bull carts, peddle rikshas, hukkas and khats, waiters in dhooti kurtas, rangolis, barbeque arrangements, swings, umbrella with chairs etc., to be placed on the second roof of around 4000 sq.ft., which is over and above the terrace of around 2000 sq.ft., with a additional penthouse of around 3000 sq.ft. It's under final stage of development and I am sure a final product shall be 1st class.
