The Hotel Davanzati, in the heart of Florence, was a truly wonderful 4 night stay. Before even arriving, Fabrizio and Tommaso offered all sorts of help and recommendations by email on what/how to do things in Florence. Our suite was great, simple and comfortable, with a balcony perfect for relaxing after a long day and sipping a little Chianti with the stars overhead. The family and staff were always ready - and able - to quickly get us reservations at the "in demand" restaurants. The Davanzati is intimate, personable, charming. We'll be back!
