Hotel Centrale is bang in centre of town, neat and clean even though a bit unpersonal. Extra plus for the extensive breakfast buffe with ham, cheese and salami. Unfortunately there's no longer a restaurant in the hotel but there are lounges and a bar. Tour Operator: Lion Alpin
