The staff at the Grand Lido Braco Hotel was fabulous. I am a Travel Agent at Unique Travel Service in Jamaica and this was my fifth visit to the property and my colleague was so fascinated with the service and the property. Big up to Kerry Ann Quallo, Gorgette at the front desk + Juliane and Collette + the gang at the Italian restaurant including Mr. McKenzie and Andrew who manages the grounds+ Paul the bell man and the Waiter Roland in the French Restaurant + the maitre D.
Service was a top above the rest and I must commend the staff. The staff was very efficient and always had a kind word + a smile.
