Just returned from a lovely time at the Beaches Boscobel, Ocho Rios in Jamaica. This is a large all-inclusive resort run by Sandals and was recommended by our travel agent. It is on a lovely beach and had two swimming pools (with plenty of sunbeds) and five restaurants of diffferent standards, ranging from buffet to a la carte. Our rooms looked over some well-kept gardens. We spent most of the time in the grounds of Beaches Boscobel, but you can take excursions to explore the area. I suggest you book directly rather than via the hotel, because they charge much more. You can swim with Dolphins which is wonderful, but pricey. We recommend also the visit to Dunns River Falls or the horse riding. We had a great time at Beaches Boscobel, and I'd happily recommend it to others - the price is expensive but includes all drinks, food and watersports so is not bad value. Note however that Golf is not included in price and is expensive.
