Apa Nishi-Azabu
The Apa Nishi-Azabu is clean, small affordable, small, Japanese small... do you catch the message? It is in a great location and it is a nice hotel but the rooms are small. Single" businessman" room is probably 10ft by 7ft... there are jail cells in the states that are bigger. That being said it is clean, well staffed and safe. (high speed internet access in every room rate).
