The Movenpick hotel was fantastic and that is because its staff is fantastic. The concierge helped me with my 2 little girls from the moment we arrived at a little before midnight until the day we left 3 weeks later. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Filling to the point that we rarely had lunch after eating breakfast at the hotel. The Receptionists were graceful and courteous and so were the lovely girls at the Kids' Club who took care of my babies for a couple of hours during the day when I couldn't cope with 2 fighting babies. Concept Tours was friendly and approachable however I was more than a little disappointed to find that they had given me the wrong visa copy for Kuwait before I could leave Dubai which held me up at Departure. The hotel had not received the vouchers for the extension of my stay and so were a little wary of my motives and ability to settle the bills. The visa for my return to Dubai was also delayed due to the incompetence of the Concept Tours' staff. I would not recommend this agency to any traveller unless they are willing to wing it alone once they are out of Dubai. Tour Operator: Concept Tours
