Reval Hotel Latvija was clean, smart and the reception staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast had a wide variety of items from bacon & eggs to a selection of fresh fish. We liked the hotel very much, the Skyilne Bar on the 26th floor was interesting but you've got to be in there early to get a window seat. Bar prices were about 2 Lats for 0.5L so not as cheap as we expected but ok I suppose for a city centre hotel.
