Stayed at the Shangrila - excellent, all one should expect from a 5* Hotel Stayed at Hotel Vistana 3*- sadly I was not impressed, room was Ok, Staff Nice, but overall cleanliness poor, I suppose you get what you pay for. Stayed at Grand Seasons Hotel-3* Stayed there nov 2004 - very crowded,a little uncomfortable at breakfast time, staff nice, rooms spacious a little cleaner - room for improvement Tour Operator: cathay pacific
