The Swiss Graden hotel's location is good. Basically that’s the only good thing about it.
I was disappointed at that hotel.
Rooms are too small and not good enough to be called "deluxe" rooms.
I stayed in a room where the AC was ticking all the time unless it was set on 15 degrees or less! Room view (back) was horrible, and when I asked to change the room I was told it’s not possible.
I was really shocked at the size of what they call a "swimming pool" which was a little bigger than a bath tub!
Room service got us our order 1 hour later as they did not make sure they had the right room number.
Restaurant is too small for the number of guests. We always had to wait for so long to take our breakfast or take it in the banquet room which does not have variety of food.
The hotel claims it provides shuttle bus service to “the major shopping areas around KL, truth is they provide 1 bus in the afternoon to the Twin Towers and another in the evening to China Town… that’s all!!
Last but not least, when we asked the concierge to reconfirm the flight tickets for us, we were charged! As far as I know, as I am in hotel business, this is a free service in any respectable hotel!
This hotel should be rated as 3 stars.
