The Coco Palm Resort & Spa are beautiful bungalows perched on the water. Daily yoga classes are fun but we most looked forward to the spicy ginger tea at the end of the class. Best food in the world served in the restaurant - fresh tropical fruit, ajo blanco soup, reef fish, coconut and mango tarte! In-room dining is also a real treat as they lay the table for you beautifully. Great for windsurfing, walking around the island and snorkeling! x x x
