Le Touessrok is bliss. Loved it, service is excellent and you even get free waterskiing every day! Quite a lot of kids, only downside!!

My husband and I chose Mauritius and the One & Only Resort Le Touessrok for our wedding (we eloped). We were totally blown away by this place! I travel for work a lot and have stayed in many hotels around the world and they have gotten it perfect at Le Touessrok. The situation of the resort, the quality of the hotel rooms, restaurants, pools, etc., the easy access to activities, and above all... the amazing service! Le Touessrok deserves every one of their six stars! The location of this hotel with the quiet and peaceful beaches, a private island, and a second public island with water sports, golf, etc.. make it absolutely fantastic. Also the hotel and rooms were tastefully decorated with a lovely bathroom and Molten Brown toiletries! Even in the less expensive rooms we had a wonderful balcony with an ocean view. The variety and quality of the restaurants were excellent! I highly recommend making the trip to the Alain Ducasse restaurant "Spoon" at the One & Only Resort St. Geran which is about 20 mins drive from Le Touessrok. We wanted a simple wedding on the private island of Ilot Mangénie and the hotel staff were more than accommodating to all of our needs! We went into Port Louis in order to get our marriage documents in order and enjoyed the drive through the country to the capital city. We had planned to take a day or two with a rental car to explore the island more but Le Touessrok was so perfect we decided to enjoy our time on the beach and in the resort instead. We'll definitely be heading back to Mauritius for an anniversary! I highly recommend Le Touessrok!
