This hotel is the worst hotel I've been, first they did not respect our reservation,we had to wait 4 hours for our room to be ready, we had book 3 rooms since we were traveling with friend, our room was dirty, the bed had hairs and some stains on the pillows. no towels, and no hot water. I requested to be change to another room and told us they could not do anything, that if we did not like it we could leave. And that is not all, the other rooms my friends had where in the same condition. We decided to leave and of our money back was denied. thank God I use AMEX so did a chargeback and the bank told us this hotel has lots of complaints and chargbacks.
