Staying at the Marquis really makes you feel as though you've hit jackpot! The views from the open-air entrance are incredible, and you can't help but feel constantly pampered every step of the way. From the daily coffee & pastries served every morning in your own private pantry to the fantastically attentive staff, you're made to feel as though you are a particularly important guest, which was great. The hotel is slightly remote, so renting a car is ideal, but there is a bus stop nearby for those who want to go into town. Food served at the hotel's restaurants is good, but the prices are quite steep. And if you want a beach, the one at the hotel isn't swimmable (though it is beautiful), but there is one just fifteen minutes' walk away. Most are content to just relax at the pool and enjoy the gorgeous views though!
